We are actively involved, from project development up to (and including) the overall operating phase of a residential complex. Long-term partnerships with communities and local stakeholders, which are based on communal old-age policies, ensure that their concerns are incorporated and that regional value creation is stimulated.
As an impact investor, the Vita Collective Foundation gets involved actively and locally – for added value with respect to the social environment in residential complexes, districts, and communities. In this way, we support healthy living for people of all ages. We reduce inequalities by entering into the needs of different population groups. Our innovative, marketable, and target-group-appropriate residential offerings, as well as participative collaboration with local partners, contribute to sustainable economic growth. Together, we create inclusive and hospitable housing developments.
To date, there are no established concepts for measuring social sustainability in this area. We have therefore developed a quantitative measurement concept with the aim of using available data to measure and control the social impact of the residential complexes over the years. A positive effect in terms of costs, space, and the economy can already be seen today. In the medium term, the impact figures can be interpreted in comparison with industry benchmarks.
As a project developer, real estate agent or operator of retirement and care facilities, you sell or broker projects or existing properties. Maybe you are looking for partners for the development and realization of retirement or nursing care homes. We identify supply gaps as well as potential in your community and region. Based on the requirements, we initiate and create suitable objects for multi-generation living. As a project designer, we work together with local partners in an interdisciplinary way. We build relationships and provide ongoing support for project development.
As a community representative, you ensure that the housing, care and nursing services offered meet the needs of the community and the region in the longer term, both in terms of quantity and quality. In doing so, you take the needs of your aging residents into consideration in relation to their changing lifestyles. Together we identify supply gaps as well as potential in your community and region. As a project designer, we work with local operators and settlement assistants. In doing so, we build on existing knowledge and strengthen local value creation. Furthermore, we support neighborhood development to promote vibrant and inclusive residential areas.
As an operator of "assisted living", retirement or nursing homes or facilities, you ensure that older people can live according to their needs. You know what assistance, support and care services really mean. As a user of special real estate with different living and operating concepts, you are aware of your current as well of future needs. Our expertise lies in working with you and the local community or supply region to identify supply gaps as well potential in terms of construction and operation, and to design these in a forward-looking manner that is ready for the future.
