Dr. Marcel Oertig was not only an employer representative, but also Chair of the Foundation Board. This role will now be taken over by Petra Arnold Schlüssel, who has been a member of the Foundation Board for many years and was formerly Vice Chair. Stefan Wyss is taking over the office of Vice Chair.
The acting members of the Foundation Board and Dr. Werner Wüthrich, Managing Director of the Vita Collective Foundation, would like to sincerely welcome Patricia Fent and wish her a successful period in office. As the highest body of the Vita Collective Foundation, the Foundation Board is responsible for the overall management of the Foundation. Together, the Foundation Board members determine the strategic goals and principles of the pension fund.
