I have changed jobs and am now insured with Vita. What do I have to do to have my pension capital transferred?

If you change jobs, you are responsible for transferring your pension assets yourself. To do this, complete the form "Vested benefits when changing jobs" and send it to your previous pension plan institution. As soon as we have received the transfer, we will send you the updated pension certificate to your private address.

If you are insured with Vita Invest or Vita Select, you can contact your new employer or Vita (bvg@zurich.ch / 0800 80 80 80) for transfer instructions.
