In essence, it is possible to sell a property that you financed with retirement provision assets. However, this is only if you have repaid the early withdrawal or used it within two years for the financing of another property in which you will live.
The transfer of the residential property to a beneficiary under pension law (for example, to a child who is a minor, to a spouse or to an ex-spouse who meets the requirements of Art 19 BVG and 20 BVV 2) does not trigger a repayment obligation.
