What should be considered when terminating an affiliation contract?

A notice period of six months applies when terminating an affiliation contract. In order for the termination to take effect at the end of the year, it must therefore be made by June 30 of the previous year. What you should avoid at all costs is termination during a coverage deficiency. In these cases, the shortfall must be covered by the employer and the employees.
