How to proceed: payments of contributions

When you make your payment, please enter your contract number and "premium payment" as the purpose of payment. You will find your contract number on the statement.

The administration of payments differs depending on the insurance solution:

Customers of Vita Classic should use the following payment address:

Information sheet regarding the current account

Customers of Vita Relax should use the following payment address:

• Payment for: UBS AG, 8098 Zurich
• For the benefit of: Zürich Lebensversicherungs-Gesellschaft AG, 8085 Zürich – IBAN: CH80 0023 0230 EW10 1930 8
• QR deposit slips should primarily be used for payments into the rewards account. These can be generated in the Vita Company Portal or ordered from customer service.

Vita Plus customers can make a payment into the following account:
