General election for the Foundation Board of the Vita Invest Collective Foundation
From February to April 2024, a general election was held for the Foundation Board of the Vita Invest Collective Foundation. The Foundation Board is composed of equal numbers of employee and employer representatives, and two seats were to be filled for each.
The ordinary registration period for candidacy ended on March 4, 2024.
Two candidates stood on the employee side, resulting in an uncontested election. On the employer side, the election took place because there were more candidates than available seats.
We are pleased to announce the election results and the new Foundation Board for the term of office from 2024 to April 2028 as follows:

Bernhard Aerni (employer representative, existing)
Manuele De Gennaro (employee representative, new)
Stephan Wenk (employer representative, new)
